This tool is built to protect you. Here is exactly what happens with your information — and what doesn't.
What stays on your device
When you type a clinic's name, it is matched against a list stored in the page on your device. The name is not sent anywhere.
If you tap “Use my location,” your device's location is used right there in your browser to estimate your state and find nearby centers. Your location is not sent to us or anyone else.
What is sent — only when you paste a website link
If you paste a link to a clinic's website that we don't already recognize, we fetch that public web page and an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) reads it to help judge whether it's a real provider or a fake clinic.
In that one case, the link and the page's text are sent to our checker (running on Cloudflare) and to Anthropic. We do not attach your name, an account, or any identifier — we don't have one.
Nothing is sent if we already recognize the place, or if you only typed a name or used your location.
What we never do
No accounts. No tracking cookies. No analytics. No advertising. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not keep a log of what you searched.
Who helps run the site
Cloudflare hosts the site and, like any web host, processes requests (including IP addresses) to deliver pages and to limit abuse. Anthropic provides the AI that reads a pasted page. We do not add our own logging on top of them.
These providers operate under their own privacy and data-retention policies.
Leaving quickly
The “Quick exit” button instantly sends you to a neutral website and replaces this page in your browser history. The site is also set not to pass this address along to pages you click through to.
About fake clinics and your health privacy
Crisis pregnancy centers are generally not bound by HIPAA, so information you give them may not be protected. Be careful what you share with any place before you've confirmed it is a licensed provider.
